Donations

Most of my work is supported by donations. I've found that if I don't require a particular price, but instead allow people to pay what they'd like to give and can easily afford, it all works out.

I remember a time in my life when I desperately needed help, but couldn't afford to give even a single dollar. That was a tough period and I was so grateful for anyone who lent a helping hand. In fact, it was at that time that I turned to meditation to find peace, happiness, stability and clarity. Meditation saved my life when I had no livelihood.

And so I am very happy to offer free instructions and guided meditations. And if you are in a position to make a donation, know that it supports not only helping you, but also anyone who cannot donate at this time.
