I help people learn meditation in a non-denominational way, using everyday language.
Meditation is an age old practice that helps you change how you perceive life, and therefore addresses stress at its root. As that stress dissolves, you start to experience a deep sense of peace, and you become more effective in all areas of your life.
I teach meditation and mindfulness to all levels of students -- helping them design their own personal practice, and supporting the teaching with discussions about relevant research.
Classes, private sessions and retreats are either held in-person or online--via Zoom, Facetime, WhatsApp, Skype, etc. or on the phone. (Und wir können auch Deutsch reden!)
