Meditation is an age old practice that helps you change how you perceive life, and therefore addresses stress at its root. As that stress is removed, joy starts to arise naturally, and you become more effective. I teach meditation to all levels of students using non-denominational language, helping them design their own personal practice, and supporting the teaching with discussions about relevant research.

Taking action to change your life is another way to reduce stress and increase your well-being and effectiveness. I use coaching techniques to help you find clarity, discover ways that work for you to reduce stress, and facilitate your personal and professional growth. For those who are interested, I help you integrate your life with your meditation practice.
