The corporate program uses simple, non-denominational, proven techniques with instruction and coaching offered before, during or after work hours. Classes can be conducted in person or online (live) in 4-6 weekly sessions or 1-2 day workshops--at your company's location or off site. I can customize the class structure to your groups' needs, and set up followup sessions on a quarterly or monthly basis.

If you'd like, I can come in for a short discussion with you or an introductory group talk as a start. This is a good way to "try before you buy."

If you are far away, you can fly me in, or we can use GotoMeeting, Skype, FaceTime, or Google Hangouts for any private sessions or group classes. This has worked well for group sessions domestically and internationally.

During classes, participants receive an introduction to various meditation techniques in everyday language, practice the techniques together, discuss how to use meditation in real life circumstances, hear about relevant research findings, and have time for Q&A.

In order to make home practice easier, participants receive access to customized online resources for home practice that include guided meditations and review of class materials accessible via computer, tablet, or smartphone. Once participants have learned the basic instructions, they can choose to meditate without the guidance.

Research shows that after 4 weeks of meditation 20 minutes per day, adults show a statistically significant reduction in stress. People find great satisfaction in knowing that they can control their own level of stress in the work setting. I know that from personal experience!
