The goal of the corporate program is to help employees thrive at work and at working together. Specific objectives include:

Corporate programs are meant for groups in corporate, academic or non-profit settings. Program design:
  • Training is non-denominational with simple, proven techniques.
  • Instruction and coaching offered before, during, or after work hours.
  • Training can be conducted in person or via skype.
  • Classes are typically 6 weeks long, one hour per week.
  • Program structure can be customized to your groups' needs .
  • Follow up sessions available on a quarterly or monthly basis.
